At PhakkVa™, we want every customer to feel satisfied when purchasing our fabric and crafting products. If something isn’t quite right with your order, the following policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date if a product does not fully meet expectations.

Requirements for Returns

To be considered eligible for a return, returned items should meet these conditions:

* Products must be unused, undamaged, and maintained in their original condition.
* Whenever available, the original packaging should be included with the returned item.
* A valid proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or confirmation email, must be provided.

Please be aware that some items may not qualify for return due to hygiene standards, safety concerns, or specific product limitations.

How the Return Process Works

After contacting our support team and receiving approval for your request, customers will be provided with detailed return instructions. Unless an item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping expenses may be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned merchandise has arrived and completed inspection, PhakkVa™ will notify you regarding the refund decision. Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping charges from the original order are typically non-refundable except in situations where the return is caused by an error made by PhakkVa™.
